Payment Methods
We accept payment through PayPal. If you wish to place an order with a personal check, please understand that we must allow clearance of your payment through the bank before shipment of your order. Please contact us with any questions or concerns regarding payment or order processing. We have a secured website and your information is protected. |

Shipping
We ship your purchase as quickly and safely as possible, using the U.S. Postal Service. Insurance, delivery confirmation and a tracking number will be assigned to your package and you will receive an email with this information. Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of receipt and, with the exception of the busy Christmas season, will arrive in your mail box within the week. |

Product Availability
We are a small mail order business as well as a customer service business. We strive to have all our products available at all times but periodically find a bath favorite to be out of stock. We will not substitute any item ordered without your approval and confirmation. We will advise you of the time it will take to have the product you desire available again. Your Satisfaction
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction is our first concern. Due to the nature of our product line, however, products are not returnable. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately so we can resolve your concerns. If you are trying a product for the first time and are not sure whether or not you will enjoy it, please consider ordering the product's sample size if one is available.
